The Energetics of Bioenergetics is a rare recording featuring Alexander Lowen, M.D. in his own words as he presents and demonstrates the fundamental principles and exercises of Bioenergetics. Filmed at the International Institute of Bioenergetics Analysis’ Conference in Pawling, NY during the spring of 1998, this 92-minute DVD, which also includes an introductory interview with Dr. Lowen, offers an extraordinary opportunity to see and hear Dr. Lowen at work.
